NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE HUDSON FALLS PLANNING BOARD

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 215-14, of the Zoning Law of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York, NOTICE, is hereby given, that the Hudson Falls Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the 28th day of May 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York regarding site plan review of the property located on 52-54 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York, tax map #154.18-8-1 and owned by Rosarie Solimanto.  The plan is to convert the used car lot into a self-service dog wash business.

The property is located in District 6 Mixed Use zone.  Plans for the proposal are available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.

Said Planning Board will, at said time and place, hear all persons in support of such matters or any objections thereto.
