NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE

 HUDSON FALLS PLANNING BOARD

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 215-14 of the Zoning Law of the Village of Hudson Falls Zoning Law, NOTICE, is hereby given, that the Hudson Falls Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the 27th day of January, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York regarding site plan review by Shane Kanaly/Gary Griffin, tenant of the property located at 38 Lafayette Street, Hudson Falls, New York, tax map #146.18-5-3.3.  This property is located in Residential District Class A Zone. Mr. Kanaly would like to use the building for commercial use.  The use proposed is for automobile storage and minor automotive repair.

The property is located in District 1 Class A Residential zone.  Plans for the proposal are available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.

Said Planning Board will, at said time and place, hear all persons in support of such matters or any objections thereto.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE HUDSON FALLS

 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN pursuant to Article XIV, Chapter 215, Section 215-109(A) of the Village of Hudson Falls Zoning Law, that the Hudson Falls Zoning Board of Appeals shall conduct a public hearing on January 21, 2014 at 6:00 pm at the Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, NY to consider a use variance application by Shane Kanaly/Gary Griffin, tenant of 38 Lafayette Street, Hudson Falls, NY, tax map #146.18-5-3.3.  This property is located in Residential District Class A Zone.  Mr. Kanaly would like to use the building for commercial use.  The use proposed is for automobile storage and minor automotive repair.
