NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the Village Law that a public hearing will be conducted by the Village of Hudson Falls Board of Trustees on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 4:00 pm at Village Hall located at 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls NY for the purpose of considering the adoption of Local Law No. 3 of 2015. Local Law No. 3 of 2015, as proposed would amend and modify sections of Chapter 215 entitled “Zoning” of the Village Code.. Written comments on LL No 3 of 2015 may be submitted to the Office of the Village Clerk until the close of the public hearing.
