Notice of Planning Board Public Hearing

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 215, Article IV, Section 215-14 Site Plan Review, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington and State of New York, on the 23rd day of January, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York on the following matter:

Request by Pine Knolls Alliance Church, to establish a Christian Safe/Sober  Living House to be located at 2 East Street, Hudson Falls, NY 12839.  Plans for the proposal are available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.

Said Planning Board will, at said time and place, hear all persons in support of such matters or any objections thereto.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE HUDSON FALLS PLANNING BOARD

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 178, Article III, Section 178-8 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington and State of New York, on the 24th day of October, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York on the following matter:

Request by Kevin Huntington, 14 Kvale Lane, Hudson Falls, New York to subdivide existing lot currently measuring 197’x106’ into two lots to measure 122’x106’ and 75’x108’. Plans for the proposal are available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.
