Authorize the Mayor to sign 2017/2018 GGFT Operating Agreement.

Request of Chief Diamond to appoint the following FT Police Officers:

  • Brandon Burkhardt, Fort Edward
  • Colin O’Brien, Queensbury
  • Sean Smith, Queensbury
  • Accept resignation of David Russell, Planning Board.
  • Authorize Superintendent Fiorillo to sign the annual Snow Agreement between the Village and Washington County.
  • Approve Shut-off Notices to delinquent out-of- district water customers.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE HUDSON FALLS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 215, Article XIV, Section 215-110 (B) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington, State of New York on the 24th day of October, 2016 at 6:30pm in Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, NY on the following matter:

Request by Cynthia King Cutler, 7 Pearl St., Hudson Falls, New York, for a use variance application to maintain a farm animal (pygmy goat) as an emotional support animal on residential property within the Village. Application for the proposal is available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE HUDSON FALLS PLANNING BOARD

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 178, Article III, Section 178-8 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington and State of New York, on the 24th day of October, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York on the following matter:

Request by Kevin Huntington, 14 Kvale Lane, Hudson Falls, New York to subdivide existing lot currently measuring 197’x106’ into two lots to measure 122’x106’ and 75’x108’. Plans for the proposal are available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.
