ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 215, Article XIV, Section 215-110 (B) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington, State of New York on the 27th day of March, 2018 at 6:00pm in Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, NY on the following matter:

Request by Cynthia R. Bennett, 22 A Sage Drive, Queensbury, NY 12804, for a use variance application for 46-48 River St., Hudson Falls NY, to convert first floor non-residential use area into residential use in a commercial zoning district. Application for the proposal is available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.

Said Zoning Board of Appeals will at said time and place hear all persons in support of such matters or any objections thereto,

HUDSON FALLS PLANNING BOARD

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 215, Article IV, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington and State of New York, on the 26th day of March, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York on the following matter:

Request by Cynthia R. Bennett, 22A Sage Drive, Queensbury, NY 12804 to develop a portion of the building located at 46-48 River Street, Hudson Falls, NY, Tax Map #154.9-7-1.1, into a banquet room and apartment. Plans for the proposal are available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.

Said Planning Board will, at said time and place, hear all persons in support of such matters or any objections thereto.
