Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 215, Article XIV, Section 215-110 (A) and Attachment 3, Table 3 side lot setback requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hudson Falls, New York, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington, State of New York on the 26th day of February 2018 at 6:00pm in Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, NY on the following matter:
Request by William Nikas on behalf of Sandy Hill Vision, LLC. for an area variance to install structure (elevator) in the setback zone. Application for the proposal is available at Village Hall, 220 Main Street, Hudson Falls, New York during regular business hours.
Said Zoning Board of Appeals will at said time and place hear all persons in support of such matters or any objections thereto,
