The Village Planning Board approves site plans, special permits, subdivisions and signs. It also gives recommendations to the Zoning Board of Appeals for all variance requests.

PLEASE NOTE: The Village of Hudson Falls has vacancies for alternates for both the Planning and Zoning Boards as well as a full time vacancy for the Zoning Board. Anyone interested should send a letter of interest to Mayor John Barton or drop one off at Village Hall located at 220 Main Street.
